I’ve been going to the Ames event for about 6 or 7 years. It was such a nice primitive sort of gathering. Then last year I show up and the place is taken over with RV’s, 5th wheels, etc. Friends that used to come down from MN because of the primitive nature of the place called me this week and said they just didn’t enjoy the atmosphere, and weren’t willing to come down anymore. Can’t blame them, I didn’t either. What the heck happened?
